From on-site cleaning and security to convenient parking and event space, it's hard to think of a reason you'd ever need to leave the Hippodrome.
Built in 1905, the Hippodrome was the greatest theater of its age, and was known for hosting circuses as well as popular vaudeville artists, including illusionist Harry Houdini.
The theater was closed in 1939, transformed into an office building and acquired by Edison Properties in 1978. The Hippodrome was completely modernized during 2006 to 2014 and now includes a glass curtain wall, a two-story lobby finished in marble and limestone and all new building infrastructure.
